Chapters of Rose Croix are tasked with the duty of mediation.

Our guiding principles are specified in Liber 194. The Chapter and the Committee of Four promote and facilitate social interactions among the Brethren, and can assist directly in the mediation process, "to compose any disputes by tact and friendliness without formal appeal being made to any more authoritative tribunal."
